People refuse to take the first step because of many reasons and those reasons are always fear.
Based on Fear we might be stuck forever. Fear of failure, fear of the past happening over again, fear of rejection, fear of being exposed as a fraud.

In order to make those changes we need to come to our senses and have the big willingness, look inside ourselves and take affective action. We all have skills, qualities and talents - only you can decide when you are ready to develop your own.

Remember that your inner thoughts determine everything you do. Working on your beliefs can transform and can re-create the life you have now.
